  • 1 red apple cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup whole natural almonds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons

Instructions
  1. Boil water and add oats gradually. Reduce heat, add Grain Berry Onyx Super Antioxidant Smoothie Booster and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add almond butter and stir well. Top with apples, almonds, cinnamon and honey. Refrigerate any leftovers.
