1. Promotion Overview

The “Free Box of Cereal” giveaway is offered by Silver Palate and allows eligible participants to claim one (1) free box of cereal, subject to the terms below.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older.

Limit one (1) claim per person, household, email address, and/or phone number.

Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on March 26^th and ends on March 31st, or after the first five-hundred (500) eligible entries are received.

4. How to Claim

Participants may claim a free box of cereal by:

Purchasing signing up on the Grain Berry Website and completing the required form with accurate contact details.

Incomplete or fraudulent claims will be disqualified.

5. Redemption Details

Each eligible participant will receive one (1) free cereal product (or coupon in markets where Grain Berry is available), up to a maximum retail value of $5.

Redemption may be fulfilled via mailed coupon or mail delivery of product.

Allow four (4) weeks for processing and delivery.

6. Availability

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value if the advertised cereal is unavailable.

7. Non-Transferability

Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

8. Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Promotion (including multiple claims, bots, or false information) may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.

9. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

By participating, you consent to receive promotional communications (where permitted by law).

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete claims.

Sponsor is not liable for technical failures, including website or network issues.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
