Gently mix meat with other ingredients in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Broil or sauté for 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Serve like a traditional hamburger with all the fixings. Cheese (optional). These are on the small side – but with plenty of lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and other fixings on a sesame seed bun, they taste whopping big!
