Ingredients
- 1 leaves head leafy green lettuce separated, washed and dried
- 1 bunch arugula coarse stems removed, washed and dried
- 1 ripe mango peeled and cut into about 16 slices
- 4 ounces mild goat cheese crumbled
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Silver Palate Vinegar Balsamico Salad Splash or other salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Silver Palate Mango Chutney
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Silver Palate Dijon Mustard or other mustard
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
