Ingredients
- 2 6-ounce cans solid white tuna drained and flaked
- 2/3 cup finely chopped fennel
- 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
- 1 small carrot scraped and grated
- 6-8 tablespoons Silver Palate Champagne Mustard Splash or other mustard
- 4 6 inch whole grain pita breads
- 4 leaves Bibb lettuce washed and dried
- 1 ounce Thinly sliced Muenster cheese optional

Instructions
- Combine tuna, fennel, scallions, carrot and Silver Palate Champagne Mustard Salad Splash in a bowl. Carefully open pita breads about one third of the way. Put a lettuce leaf in each pita. Divide tuna between pitas, spooning it well into the pocket. Add cheese, if desired. Serve at once. If taking the pitas on a picnic, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
